when I must ask you How do you like new site design? Like it on my mobile phone but for desktop I'll keep the "old" style Cheers D...

I was used to the new format for my cell phone, and find it very cool and practical.

 By: amanico : August 14th, 2015-12:03
Still very cool for my lab top, but have to get used to it... So final judgement will come after a while. BUT the design is very cool, young, refreshing. There is a lot of work behind this new format. We should thank the authors for that. Best, Nicolas

Like the new design, except for Collector's Market

 By: jmpTT : August 14th, 2015-12:50
The overall design is much better for mobile browsing. Going from a desktop design to a universal design takes some adjustment, but there's definite need to make the site mobile-friendly. One legitimate issue: I enjoy browsing the Collector's Market by cl...

Just spend a little time with it.

On long response display click on the text to open the post in line. Also you can respond to several post in a thread by choosing the reply link and submit and repeat for mor without leaving the page. Best Bill

That's a great feature, indeed. Very helpful when you launch your own thread.

 By: amanico : August 14th, 2015-14:39
And whrn you have to answer to all those who attented your thread. Love that! Best, Nicolas

Also to read the pist inline click on the text not the title

 By: Bill : August 14th, 2015-15:04

I'm just that old grumpy orthodox kind of guy that don't like changes :) Thank you for the great work you are doing for us Sincerely D

I am trying to catch up with you old timer.

My 10k is around the corner. HAGWE Bill

I am strictly a "view in original format" guy.

 By: mkvc : August 14th, 2015-15:41
I look at the site solely on my computer, not my phone, and it drives me crazy when the posts don't appear in chronological order. Unfortunately, for some reason the "original format" option sometimes fails to appear.

I'm with you.

 By: cazalea : August 14th, 2015-17:09
I read, I don\'t browse. Here\'s the site now feels: I am in a long line. I need to step out for a second, so I ask my neighbor to save my place in line. He says ok. I step out of sight for a moment. (Look into an article) When I come back I can\'t find t...

Original format?

 By: SteveW : August 15th, 2015-05:13
I view Horological Meandering on my Mac in what I consider 'original format' (see below). I have given up with the other forums since I can no longer see them in this format - on the PC they appear garbled. When/if the HM format goes that way too I shall ...

I was lost today in the new format on my iPhone. I like starting with a list of the brands

or a dropdown. I've only explored for about 10 minutes, then was overwhelmed. It was an overwhelming day, and I needed familiar comforts. I will try tomorrow, hopefully after a good nights sleep.

nice little addition...

It is a bit like when you change from Windows to Apple.

 By: amanico : August 14th, 2015-23:09
Disorienting at the beginning.... But on the cell phone, I much prefer the new format. It is more practical. On the lab top, I still have to get used to it. But as I recently changed from Windows to Apple, I cannot lead several fights in the same time. :)...

Finally, my friend !.. Took you quite a long time, but NOW: not quite the same, but sooo user-friendly !.. Here some early response & personal remarks.. ;))

Also I am fighting a little bit with the new Browser for Website: When in the new iphone/iPad APP, it is very convenient & fast as well, but 1/ all the PuristSPro TV videos on the right margin column are gone; so are the listing for special, Editors\' cho...

So I downloaded the app. A couple feedbacks

Whern using a large high-resolution screen, I often zoom in to enlarge the text displayed (especially in the late evening, when the eyes are tired already). I noticed that when you use the mouse wheel and the CTRL-key to zoom in, with a certain zoom level...

Its very nice for the casual browsing, but not so good if you are in search for specific..

... info and posts. And the title field only accepts fewer characters than in the old version. Marcus

Is there a view entire post button somewhere?

 By: 4Js : August 15th, 2015-04:54
I use that so I can read an entire thread without opening each post? TZ calls it flat view? Thx.

This has been a major step.. Great work..Just some twists & tweaks, one has to get used to

 By: hs111 : August 15th, 2015-05:05
1/ manly on the iPhone, browsing is a major advantage, including img loading etc Also as it is a very nice & consistent UI with Apple.. - right now, I\'m not that enthusiastic for the iPad, when there now is also a changed browser version, apparently ( wi...

Is video disabled on the app? I just tried to see the zeitwerk video in lange

 By: watchthatman : August 15th, 2015-06:10
And there\'s no window for the video in the app, there is if I go through safari.

+1 on that.. Also, where did the column with the TV-videos from different brands to choose from, go ?.. :-o

 By: hs111 : August 15th, 2015-08:15
Not sure, how to look for them.. They are on the Editor\'s picks page, and also on other brand start pages. They are still there on the desktop/laptop Browser version with the previous, old UI !.. Best !..

I prefer the site as is,

I miss the: 1) Ability to do a "show post" when I'm posting a reply to it. 2) Pictures summary, that will make the Wristscan much harder to examine. 3) Ability to see the old style on an iPhone/iPad. That's the way progress moves. Great work. Cheers, Nilo...

Surprisingly I like it

 By: watch-guy.com : August 15th, 2015-15:38
I usually hate changes to format and will hardly ever change over except if I am forced if the old format becomes obsolete Here I have moved across very easily. Great new site. Well done Julian

Where can I find

 By: Speedie74 aka Mr. Torquise : August 16th, 2015-08:20
the opening page? There is a little bit mess both in my head and in the app.! Yours, Adam

love the new format for mobile format..

 By: ocwatching : August 18th, 2015-08:37
brand tabs on the left makes navigating easy as well as the thread posts on the right... LOVE it...nice work guys.. haven't been active on collector market so no opinions there... may not be my preferred desktop format but I can adjust...

Thanks for you kind support.

 By: Bill : August 18th, 2015-08:50
It is a joy to use on the iphone and ipad. As you said the desktop takes a littlle getting used to but there are some new features. The market will get the same display option added shortly. And you also have a super App in the appstore. Thanks
