These always make me think, but in the end nothing changes😀. Dirk

I agree, but there's a reason for it

I have different watches for different occasions. The watches I wear the most are my "business watches". Those are mostly simple Understatement watches. Even though I wear the Rest of my watches only 20-30% of the time, they give me 70-80% of the pleasure...

80/20 better than 90/10.

I'm probably 65/35 but that's only because I spent some time getting out of the less loved pieces into pieces more "me".

Agree. I wear steel watches to work and

precious metal haut horologie watches when I go out for dinner or an event. I’ve learned the hard way that at work a simple light bump in a door or against a table can damage a gold or pt case. Also, steel flies under the radar especially if it’s an ubiqu...

Tony, you have quite a german watch taste. is there a special reason for it?

i wear 50 % of my watches 99 % of my time: One watch for work (Frederique Constant), one when im at home (PP), all the others pieces dont get much wristtime (Nomos, Rolex, and some more...)

New question, what do you do with all the other pieces that you’re not wearing.

Do they sit in the vault for posterity or do you move them along to somebody who would appreciate them or perhaps to finance other desires?

The same, intentionally.

I have "workhorses" and "occasion" watches. The workhorses get most of the work.

I know that feeling And I really try to change the numbers myself. Its hard sometimes.
