Horological Meandering

I was wondering if anyone here on the forum owns an Hermes watch using the Vaucher movement. Curious to know how troublesome it is to get these watches serviced since I contacted Hermes customer service and they have no idea about the post-sales servicing... 

As much as I liked them, my nonscientific research, led me to move from the brand. I was after H08 and slim d'hermes, visiting one of their largest boutiques for an H08 strap was enough to move on... No strap availability, ordering was just a "mission", I...
