Yes, Dubya and Obama aren't watch guys, but Clinton always wore a cheap watch in public while president. Look at him now! Look at any of the watches of the upcoming presidential candidates. You'll being seeing more $20 Casios than at a low end flea market...

How much are Fitbit Surge anyway? I think he will get a lot of negative attention for wearing a luxury watch since there have been issues about the economy's growth.

Yes, Obama would receive flak for wearing an expensive watch, but that has little to do with the current economy. By the way, by almost all measures, the US economy is doing very well.
