Am I ready for my AP House appointment now?
It's a fun little piece. And with all the hype aside, waiting out the flippers and watching for people desperate to offload their inventory is paying off if you know where to look.
A low cost mechanical with a 90 hour power reserve: I stand by my earlier assessment that this is the Julia Child, or maybe Bob Ross, equivalent in the world of horology. Making design and fun accessible to the masses, or more accessible once the remaining flippers clear out of the picture.
Of course, in for a penny in for a pound, I do have an ordered wrist strap (matching color) and am tracking some seiko modders that are making metal cases as well. But I've always been a fan of thumbing my nose at the establishment, so go figure.

If I can just walk into a Swatch store and buy one (can you imagine? a store with stock of the product you actually want to buy, on the spot?), on an RO type bracelet (or even a strap) - why not, good fun. It would be a nice addition to the Swatch 51 Fath...
