Besides Raymond Weil, Movado is another brand that isn’t counted in horological circles. But I admit that they had nice looking cases and dials, minimalist style.
Seeing the recent Weil releases, I got curious about what Movado was up to and found their interesting Heritage collection. This art deco piece specifically stood out, and I wanted to share just for awareness of their ongoing efforts.

It's unfortunate, really. Before the "quartz crisis," Movado had made many very interesting movements...
including a "reverso"-style watch with a double-sided movement that was time on one side and chronograph on the other. -Dean

Not a bad looking watch. Retails for $1,495 USD and has a see thru caseback.
