My father-in-law and sister-in-law are Breitling fans.
We got them examples when we lived in that watch haven - Singapore.
Here is father-in-law's 17-year old Aerospace. We've not had a service since Mr Kern took over so we cannot comment but the service before was efficient....through a UK dealership took 3 weeks but that could be delay internally at the dealer. They always gave you a travel case that the watch was delivered in.
