Senator Rattrapante in Pt
Guten abend fellows,
Hope you all had a great start to the week.
Recently, I have been considering to expand my collection to be based upon the theme "Made in Germany".
As a result, one watch that has been in my mind for a while now is the Senator Rattrapante in Platinum.
If i am not mistaken, this was executed in a LE of 100 pieces back in 1997.
If i so choose to pull on this piece, there is one apparently left available in the world, ( as in Brand new from an AD)
But, i would like to hear more from fans, and especially those lucky few who are already owners of this particular piece.
The rose gold version which was launched last year would probably be on alot of people's wrist by now, although not that much im sure.
Would any of you care to share live photos of this piece?
I have handled the RG piece a few times already, but you know, one cannot be so sure as Pt and RG are 2 vastly different materials, and while the movement in both pieces are the same, i'm sure the "feel" is different.
So guys, help me out here!

then I can confirm that there is more than one available worldwide. As you are a Lange fan, I think you need to moderate your expectations of the GO Rattrapante shuld you go for it which I think you will not be wrong in doing so. The movement of Rattrapan...

I think i'v seen this model faintly before...
Although only in photos! But ARt, you are getting me hooked! I am still fairly new to GO, and don't know much about it as I do Lange. The question is, is this model you are introducing to me the all important Hand-wound?! And i doubt i could find this NIB...
Is there a particular reason why you prefer handwound...

I know the 3/4 plate is somewhat of a hallmark for GO
but with finishing like this, sometimes I wish they would do away with it altogether.
The 3/4 plate is a hallmark of any watches from Glashutte
Lange and the such. But you are correct, because like for Lange, since they say they decorate even the hidden parts, i wonder aloud as well, why keep them hidden when you'v done such a good job? But then again, just like their founder Ferdinand Adolf Lang...
