My guess is that the second offering . . .
. . . with the slats was intended to add a touch of flair to an otherwise unassuming design. Of the three, my favorite is the plain brown calfskin with matching stitching as it most nearly matches the character of the watch, imho. The Trieste strap on Nico's LE works best, I think, but it's comparatively expensive, unfortunately . . . cordially, Art

If I'm not wrong, you own the Senator Navigator, like mine, but the 24 hours scale at the middle of the dial... In this case, of course it will work, because this is the same width between the lugs. Best, Nicolas
