The AD I went to in NYC is one of the biggest if not the biggest and I assumed if they didn't have it no one would in the city but perhaps that's erroneous. In fact the salesperson told me he thought the Karree series is not available in the US. They had EVERYTHING but that there.
I will try to find out if another AD has the Karree series here in NYC.

Consider if on a bracelet maybe?
I have the plain panomatic, which has the same case-size as the PML, and I've never found it too small. Mine is steel cased with the bracelet, so that might be something to consider if on the leather strap it feels too elegant. A
