I have not tried before but
I think it is possible to adjust the swan neck to regulate the watch. You would need to have a time grapher machine and experience to perform it correctly. I would suggest that you send it to a authorised watchmaker for servicing, they would ususally check the watch for accuracy and regulate it after the servicing.
