This image was provided by Glashütte Original's service department when they overhauled my first Karree perpetual some six years ago; it's a cal 39 movement, but the principle is the same. As the annually rotating disc approaches December, the border between years shows thru the aperture.
It's the special touch I treasure most about my perpetuals! Thanks for sharing, Zhege. Masthead honors for the gorgeous image.
