Timeless dial and case.
But there is an anomaly with the rail-track minutes. Why the 12 seconds subdivisions of the minute indexes when the minute hand does not even reach the indices? It appears to me that the dial was designed initially for a central seconds hand, but then the sub-dial was added at 6 as an afterthought without making the main hands longer. I have the same anomaly with my G-P ref: 7750 from 1993. The hands are also too broad for their length for this dial. In fact leaf hands would look better.
