Welcome to PuristsPro forum, Karino.
That is a very nice clean example. The style of the dial is consistent with a watch from 1950, but it could be a few years earlier. It may be possible to get more precise information from GP itself - I believe our forum moderator can assist with that.
In those days for this sort of watch Girard Perregaux would purchase the base of a movement from A Schild or another movement maker, and it would be finished to GP's specifications or by GP itself.
You did not give the measurements of the watch, but since it includes a sub seconds dial I am assuming it is about 26-29mm in diameter without the crown. If it is considerably smaller the following two paragraphs do not apply.
Although this watch could have been worn by a lady for everyday, it is probably more properly described as a 3/4 size, boy size, or simply a small man's watch. I am not familiar with watches expressly designed for ladies with subseconds or with a dust cover.
i have a 27mm Mido watch, with a presentation inscription of 1943, that appears to have the same base movement with Mido markings, a slightly different bridge and regulator. It has the same dust cover and a similar crown.
Even though you didn't ask, the value of this watch is primarily sentimental. The cost of an oiling and cleaning, if you do have access to a local watchmaker, should not be high should you want to see it function as intended. Care must be taken when washing hands or wearing on a rainy or very humid day.
