Looks like a normal variant
The crown appears to be a replacement. There are various case styles, especially if it was cased outside of Switzerland (many vintage GPs originate in South America). I would assume it is what it claims to be, but only a look inside can provide proof. The earlier movements are 39 jewel, the later ones 17 jewel, but both are fine and reliable 36000 bph movements which are worth having serviced.

Cased outside Switzerland?
I was not aware of vintage GPs being cased outside of Switzerland. What is the history behind this, and is a vintage GP cased in Switzerland be considered to be more desireable?
