Looks like a normal variant
The crown appears to be a replacement. There are various case styles, especially if it was cased outside of Switzerland (many vintage GPs originate in South America). I would assume it is what it claims to be, but only a look inside can provide proof. The earlier movements are 39 jewel, the later ones 17 jewel, but both are fine and reliable 36000 bph movements which are worth having serviced.
