managing one Maison is s full time job in these turbulent times.
I think it could mean two things:
Either bringing both brands closer together, which to me would be very challenging
or
establishing a strong leadership team at each Maison and just manage the overall strategy and direction

seems a bit strange, no? How to manage two very different houses and histories in a hyper competitive market where both struggle a bit for visibility? This seems motivated by corporate cost management than anything else.
