I go back and forth.
I like the "antique" pocket watch-inspired dial on the 220th anniversary quite a bit. The blued hands pop against the enamel. This new version is super elegant. In white gold the effect is positively chilly (in a good way). I love the indices and there really is nothing that takes away from the gorgeous tourbillon display. (Un)Luckily, my wallet precludes me having to make any choices between these two! I can love them both!

I much prefer this version to the former one, for its cleaner dial.

That a very a nice addition to the 1966 line and especially after the Hawk and even the Minute Repeater releases, a true design icon IMHO. I prefer the very clean dial. The warm RG version would be my preference, but as others also stated, it will remain ...

...the warmth of rose gold for dressy occasions. While I prefer white metals in general, I can see myself loving this piece in RG a LOT! :-) I think we are both agreed that the clean, elegant dial is a real design win for GP! Cheers, Daos
