I just picked up one of these and just want to learn a little more.
I can't seem to find any other info, except from 1 other place.

please let me know, is this really rare or something? all my searches for a girard perregaux ref 8021 lead me to ebay or this auction from france:

cannot find it on any other sites or anywhere... kind of odd, but a nice watch, just wish I could learn more about it...
any info to why it is so hard to find info on it would be helpful...

Hi, Your 8021 is certainly not too common. GP watches are never common, even if some are obivously rarer than others. It was produced around ten years ago, in steel or gold versions. The calibre is ETA based with a chronograph module. The case style (and ...
