GP lauraeto moonphase big date wear and feel questions...help!

hello all...this is my first post on this site. i am a regular on the timezone site but thought i would venture over here for this question.

i really need some insight. i LOVE the GP evo moon. its hauntingly beautiful and i visit the watch on the internet regularly smile  my only concern is i have a small 6 inch wrist and am wondering if i can pull the watch off.  i havent been able to see it in person or try it on.the watch is listed at 42.6 mm x 12.5mm thick. i have a 42mm x 13mm omega speedmaster pro i wear a lot and it looks and feels great on me. i like 42mm watches and 40mm seems a little small to me now. i have tried on an 42mm omega planet ocean and i can pull off that beast as well. do you think i will be able to make the transition from speedy to GP easily?

does the watch look/wear smaller than its listed size? it seems like it would because of the thick bezel making the dial look smaller. how do you think the integrated bracelet makes the watch wear? can you noticed the extra half a millimeter in diameter compared to your other 42mm watches? is the watch comfortable? is the bracelet easy to size considering it doesnt have micro adjustment but various size links?  one person told me because the first link in the bracelet cant be taken out you have to have a somewhat large wrist to wear the watch nicely....but from what i can see in pics the lugs seem about as long as my omegas and then the link/bracelet droops down so it seems like a non issue...what do you think?

sorry for all the questions but i think about this watch constantly. any thoughts or encouragement would be greatly appreciated. i think this GP would be a very nice addition to my omega speedmaster and grand seiko spring drive smile

thank you very much in advance for the replies.

Interesing coindence: I have a very small wrist and own the Planet Ocean 600m (one of last years Bond watches) AND the Laureato III (white dial, steel). I got the PO shortly after the GP. The Omega is huge indeed and a heavyweight, but it is perfect for m...

thank you for the information...what size is your wrist exactly? i also feel the same way about the PO....it looks thick and is heavy but it looks smaller due to thick bezel. i can just pull it off with my 6 inch wrist. why would the dial color matter? ar...

The dial color influences the size optically

Both colors look beautiful - it's in general the general question about personal preferences. I mentionned the dial color because its "optical" size. (You asked about the dial look) There is less contrast between the white dial and the steel bezel, so it ...

thanks...i am pretty set on the black dial version and the reason i am asking this question on the first place on the forum is because i probably wont get to see the watch in person before i buy. what size wrist are you?

6.5 in - so quite small. My final decision for the white dial was not easy. On the black dial the moon looks gorgeous!
