A project to change the clasp and the strap let me dig out the watch today…
The interplay between the cooler white gold case and the warm rose gold applied numerals gives it depth that only really comes alive in natural light—far more nuanced than standard monochrome world timers.
Functionally, the WW.TC remains one of the more legible dual-time/world-time layouts imho. The power reserve adds practical relevance without cluttering the dial, and the asymmetric sub-dial layout keeps it visually dynamic. It’s not as instantly intuitive as a Patek world timer, but it rewards familiarity.
