For me the grey dial is what i would go for as it is a little less showing/more discrete and so more versatile. The blue would limit you in choice of shirts i think ;-))
and grey is also sporty yet less outspoken.

Laureato is a great watch, but I think GP are a bit overdoing hyping it on social media...
I think I would go for the blue dial. But it's just my personal taste.
