I mean, just by their look, especially the position of all the six hands? I only realized it when looking at the picture for the third or fourth time, after taking it. 
Longines 13ZN Ref 23086 with central minute hand, and Girard Perregaux Ref 90200 S. F. Foudroyante WG so far the best looking split second foudroyant chronograph to my eyes.
If you look closely, you can see the two small hands are of different functions between the two watches. And although it is not so obvious, the big central red hand of the Longines is not another chronograph second hand, but a chronograph minute hand.

The 13 ZN is certainly an icon in the chronograph universe.
The Girard Perregaux, not yet, in my opinion, due to the movement which is less noble than the one housed in the Longines. BUT in terms of aesthetics, the GP is a top watch. And there are not so many interesting Rattrapantes in the market. If you add the ...
I think Panerai had a Foudroyante in the early 2000s.

Yes as far as I know, Graham is the first
that introduced rattrapante foudroyante. IIRC, that's actually modern Graham's first watch back in 1997. The movement was developed by Jaquet SA based on Valjoux 7750, with the help from GP. Since then, a few brands started to make rattrapante foudroyante...
