Do you know if the indexes at 6, 9 and 12 hold the main part of the dial or if it's just an optical illusion? That's a strange dial structure. Thank you for the discovery

Friends, Today I like to share one shot of the Girard-Perregaux Richeville reference 8445. Automatic chronometer, date with pie-pan dial. The pleasure of a 60+ years old dial! Just wish I will be as in good condition when I am getting there... Best Blomma...

AFAIK, the dial is held as any normal dial from this time...
Two "feets". The 6, 9 and 12 looks bigger due to they are on a higher level of the dial. Best Blomman
