Aesthetically speaking, I have a preference for the 7050. Its case shape, 3D golden triangle indexes (I love them a lot) and minute and hour hands are much more my cup of tea. Very nice
What's the case size difference between these both timepieces? The 8856 seems bigger but, may be, it's just an optical illusion.

Slight difference
32..ish for the 7050 and 34 for the 8856, but the dial is bigger with a thinner bezel on the 8856. I could not choose a favourite between them, they both have their special charm.
32mm is a little bit small but I really love it. Nevertheless, I fully understand you when you say that you couldn't choose 😉
