Congratulations on acquiring this beautiful 9020 !

The best foudroyante split second wristwatch ever made by GP or any brand IMHO, and the best looking Ferrari watch in my eyes. Indeed this watch in either rose gold, yellow gold or white gold feels quite hefty, but very comfortable to wear on the wrist. The size is just right. The dial and hands are simply perfect.

I've had my eye on this 9020 model for a long time and almost bought it in platinum many years but that piece was missing the box and papers so I passed at the time. From that point on I have always knew that I wanted one of these. This particular model, ...

They are great

Big congratulations! I love it.

Here it is next to my Datograph...

Which is 39mm's. This GP does look quite a bit larger than 40mm's due to the lugs. I will say that the GP is substantial more comfortable on the wrist than the Datograph. ...

That is very true!

The 9020 is lovely and a watch with special complications. From the archives … Kimi Raikkonen (FIN) Ferrari on the podium is presented with his trophy by Gino Macaluso (ITA) President of the CSAI. Formula One World Championship, Rd 13, Italian Grand Prix,...

Other then the partnership....

I knew nothing about the friendship between the Ferrari and GP owners. Thanks for sharing this!

Very close

Oh yes. All from Turino 🐎 I’m glad to see this renewed appreciation for NEO-vintage gems from GP. More and more are discovering and snapping them up. I have the old price lists and such and these used to retail at major $$$. I need to check but in the reg...

The last known retail on this piece was $34,500...

 By: TonyR : October 15th, 2023-11:55
Which was very expensive back in 1999.

Thanks Tony. My memory is proving quite accurate these days 😃

I hope that more folks wake up to the GEMS from GP from 1990s. And they are soooo inexpensive now preowned compared to what they retailed for.

I notice a lot of pieces, from many brands, within that late 90's through 2010 timeframe....

Are priced on average, lower than they should be in the secondary market. That was my favorite time period to collect so I have no problems with the second hand pricing of this period. I'll try and scoop up as much as I can!

Me too ☀️ I’m scooping

AP, Minerva, GP … neo vintage 1990s … to 2005. LUC 1860 too. Some Roth. Vacheron. It was the golden age for Swiss watchmaking. And much lower production numbers too. Maybe by design … I can’t say for sure, but perhaps some Swiss watch brands rather folks ...

The tribute to Enzo Ferrari

And Is both about his leadership at Ferrari era AND his leadership as factory team manager at Alfa Romeo Grand Prix racing.

Nice story, Marc.

These are the parts of GPs recent history that many of the newer collectors may not know. The brand will seem “hollow” if we don’t know about the people that helped build the Maison back on track to its rightful place. It’s an ongoing journey of course, b...

So true.

One of the most beautiful GP's that I have ever seen.

And a extremely technical model too

Beauty with brains. A rare combination.

Thanks Gerard!

This watch looks nice in pictures, but it's even nicer in person. I couldn't believe how beautiful this piece looked coming out of the box on to my wrist!

Congratulations on acquiring this beautiful 9020 !

Yours is a beauty too. This piece, without a doubt is the best Ferrari watch and maybe the best GP ever made. You wouldn't even know it was Ferrari branded unless you saw the caseback. I love this one in pretty much in any metal and dial combination.

Aaah, yes, this one!
