Official NYC Boutique Opening !

My apologies for not bringing my camera but there was an official photographer, so I think we can eventually see the event in living colour.  The boutique is magnificient. I have to be practically kicked out at the end, it is so atttractive with the soaring art-deco rear wall mural of a Chrysler Building which benefits from the high ceilings. The balanced and innovative mix of antique watch making instruments and perpetual American wall clock blend with the creative modern design touches caracteristic of the Journe boutiques. But the best was the hosts including Françoic-Paul, Pierre and the grand staff of Ashley, Peter and Michelle. The guests, although frequently strangers quickly merged into a friendly and interactive and seamless evening event. The fine Champagne, Pommerol and hors d'oeuvres contributed to cemeting our fortunate group into a memorable evening that I felt priveleged to have been part of.  I can almost forget the wonderful watches, given the magnitude of the event, but no. There was the anxiously awaited perpetual octa and Chronometre Blue  for which  no photo can do justice. For any watch enthusiast visiting NYC, the boutique is a must stop. Good luck to the Boutique but I suspect they won't need much.
