Hard to beat a good burger and beer. The beer is Huckleberry Haze IPA, exclusive to Lazy Dog Restaurants and brewed in Alpine, WY. Definitely not a typical "IPA" in my opinion, and even if you don't like IPA beers, you might make an exceptional for this one, especially if you enjoy huckleberry flavor. I love it.
The burger... this one was home grilled with out latest 1/2 steer, also from Wyoming. We have been working with a small rancher there for the past few years. I am not sure what is different, but the flavor of this meat is extra delicious. Can't wait to get into some of the new steaks.
