My wife and I had dinner this evening at a favorite Chinese restaurant…

 

Wonderful Szechuan menu — for starters this flounder-cabbage soup. So very good. I opted for a Beaujolais; she Campari and orange juice to begin the evening.

I am a big fan of Beaujolais!

As long as it is not " nouveau ", it is a good wine.

It all begins again next week— Minneapolis and Atlanta. The break from airports and airplanes, of about a month, has been nice!
