Hooray, it's tomato season again!

The best thing is these are all gifts, we didn't even have to grow them this year.












This batch came from the Farmer's Market






These are from last year - next door neighbor's crop. I give them bread, we get these funny red round things.

The trouble with growing tomatoes is that they all seem to come in at once and the next thing you know you have about 80 pounds of tomatoes. Sometimes you can’t even give them away but they are worth it! Great photos Mike [nt]

She manages about one tomato a week, which isn't worth the trouble except to feed the worms (in my opinion which is no longer shared around the tomato plants)

I tried giving the farmer at the local market some bread for his produce. He called me nuts and told me to GTFO. This recipe only seems to work in Cali 🤪 [nt]
