est African King crab and sirloin steak with beetroot, ginger and plantain balls.

For street food, I think Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc are hard to beat...

That jerk chicken looks yummy, Brauner! Is that steamed corn meal? Funny how it looks like a ball shaped tamale, but with no filling. When you find yourself in my neck of the woods, I will take you to a few cool places as well. Thanks for sharing, Alex

It is banku, traditional food in West africa. Banku is cooked sour cornmeal. Another kind of cornmeal is fufu. Comparable to zaza (Zimbabwe) πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€. Would like to see the cool places in your region. But at the moment it is Africa. Roman
