Hello everybody,
Yesterday (after several months of wait), my wife and I had the chance to savour wonderful dishes in one of the best restaurant in the world. The Restaurant de l'hôtel de Ville at Crissier (45 mn by car from Geneva).
This restaurant is a 3 Michelin stars with a 19/20 mark in the Gault & Millau and was ranked best restaurant in the world last year. So, that turns on the power! ;-)
Unfortunately, the 31st January 2016, his emblematic head chef Benoit Violier committed suicide. RIP for this young and great chef.
Below are some pics of our meal (sorry for the bad quality of my shots mainly due to the light... and me). They not give thanks to this marvellous meal unfortunately.
Hope you will enjoy (as usual sorry for my bad English!).
Best wishes
Alkiro
