I'm unfamiliar with this model and would like to learn. I can't tell if the dial is made from some special material or received a special treatment, etc. Thanks!

It's the Holland and Holland limited edition. The dials are made from two antique gun barrels (19th century) made of Damascus steel. Case is also in steel with a 39mm size.
