The Octa Divine
Goes back for quite a number of years. It’s a unisex size, sometimes you see it diamond encrusted, but there is absolutely no reason why a man can’t wear this one if it fits his wrist.
there are not a lot around. and sometimes you see them in the secondary market at reasonable prices.
The movement is FPJ automatic base caliber OCTA. A very reliable and well performing movement. An unusual detail is the two layered dial with the chapter ring held on by visible screws. A detail I absolutely love. I have absolutely no hesitations with this piece. The only issue could be that this is a black label limited edition (Black dial) To buy a black label you already have to be a FPJ costumer. I would recommend you give the grey dial a look. I might personally prefer that one with less contrast. A very elegant watch,

It is automatic rather than manual for this one unfortunately
But regardless, the movement is still very attractive, especially with everything in rose gold.

Size matters to me and Journe's 40mm watches unfortunately negate the brand from my list even though I not so secretly crave for the new Resonance
I'm a fan of the screwed chapter ring from the pictures, it definitely adds a bit of quirk and interest to the dial

A “sleeper” Journe
I like this model a lot. I’ve tried on the platinum grey version in 38mm. Since this is a black label, it’s only sold to existing Journe owners unless you can find one in the secondary market. Great choice! ...

Yep, I'd have to go with the standard version if I got it new, but I think it looks good as well! Almost certainly the Journe for me if I ever decide to get one!
