I don't usually wear mine in the summer as I don't want to ruin the strap with my sweat but given what's happened this week at the auctions I think it's a good excuse to take it out of the safe and celebrate the paper gains (albeit non-sustainable in my view)

Not sure if it’s the lighting actual tone the dial has taken on over the last 16-18 years, but I like it. The beauty of these older dials is often how they’ve aged.

The salmon was actually the first and foremost reason why i was drawn to it the first place. Usually its hard to capture the actual colour but in this instance it's pretty much exactly as it is in real life
