F.P. Journe Chronmetre a Resonance, 38mm, Platinum.
I really think these watches look best with the slimmer bezels one sees on the 38mm cases.
In the modern line up there is also some small variation in bezel thickness. I’ve mentioned this before but for me I find that on my wrist the slightly slimmer bezels that exist on the Octa line up do appear noticeably different than that of the other watches (in the same 40mm cases).
But of course, the 38mm wins over all of those.

The only thing I need to be able to fully "feel" what you're saying is to have seen this watch in person.

No question. It’s a beautiful watch.
But as we have noted before, this particular OEM Khaki strap really adds to the warmth of the dial. Which visually makes a big difference in my opinion. The power of a good strap !
