F.P. Journe Bleu's casual black dial look-
I've always been going after dials that have different appearances, whether it is via distinct incident rays of light revealing a different angle of the dial or the moon and stars at dynamic positions on a moon phase. One could argue a tourbillon has the same life like effect on a dial.
The F.P. Journe Bleu dial does this with colors ranging from black to light blue often with heterogeneous hues pending light in the environment. Here is an example of it in a dimly lit casual setting. This dial truly dances with light like no other watch I've owned!

Two of my favorite things about the watch is 1. the shadow the hour and minute hands cast on the dial in broad daylight, and 2. the tantalum casing really makes this versatile watch a "near" everyday watch for me!
