A rare outing for me today, and so a watch actually on my wrist.
The Centigraphe has been the go to choice from the Journe bunch this year. Perhaps as it suits the new (casual) normal.
(Padj, no cases were hurt in the wearing of this bracelet)

First gen Resonances are, in some cases (PUN INTENDED) selling for more than the RQ list. The Zodiaque, which you could have bought for around 30K USD a year ago is now north of $60K. It's no longer just the CB. Christian...we need to talk!

Honestly its too much. I know for a fact that a certain US dealer is vacuming the market and pumping prices. Im actually beginning to think about what other watches to collect because this is unsound.

That is one serious piece of haute horology. I can only admire this from afar and enjoy reading about the technical aspects of this marvel.

I used to wear my Sea-Dweller all the time 20 years ago, never took if off for anything. But when I got this I will admit I’ve worn it several times in the gym. Give the materials and lightness, you don’t know it’s on the wrist and so it’s easily worn. Ob...
