I did not feel that you had anything against my FP TN or tourbillon in general, but that you shared my enthusiasm for F.P Journe and his horological craftmanship. I thought you were quoting him in that regard.
One can only admire the man and his work. btw, if you have not yet read "F.P. Journe Invenit et Fecit by Jearn-Pierre Grosz and contributions by his son Charles Journe, then I can only highly recommend it.

My understanding is that Tourbillions improved the accuracy of timepieces significantly…back in the pocket watch era (Bc of the constant position the watch).

I believe, and I could be wrong, but I believe that the testing Concours International de Chronométrie did to measure accuracy was done having the watches in a stationary positions. This makes sense, as if the watches were worn by people to test accuracy,...
F.P. Journe himself has said he makes a tourbillon “because they look good, and done well are a testament to the skill of the watchmaker”.
He has also said putting a tourbillon in a wristwatch makes the timekeeping worse. For me, this was the first time I’d heard a watchmaker (or brand) make a statement like this. And honestly, it made me like the guy more.

Robert, to be clear I was not trying to detract from your watch, or any tourbillon. Just stating the facts as FP stated them.
And like you, my Journes are the jewels of my collection too. I look forward to seeing more of your tourbillon and others. We really have a great forum here, and a super Journe sub-forum thanks to our moderator Christian and all the participants.
