The resonance is fully wound at "zero"

not at 10, but yes, as time passes from the time of winding it will move towards 40.  This is the case on all watches in the Souverain collection, they will be fully wound at zero.  FPJ's Octa collection will be fully wound at 120 and work backwards to Zero as time passes.  I believe the distinction comes from his building the Souverain collection's power reserves in the same fashion as traditional marine chronometers.
