The same issue I had towards the end of last year. Good thing yours comes with a warranty, my service cost $850 although it was worth it without a single doubt! Cheers, Filip
Yes, I’m hoping it’s a defect covered by the warranty but I agree the service cost is worth it for such a novel and fun watch.

At times like this, that's a reasonable cost for servicing this watch.
Many are charging that much or more to service a simpler three hand watch.
