What's next?
This is my first post in this wonderful forum, and these are all the Rolex watches I currently have.
6210 Kew-A, the rarest watch (in a meaningful sense) I ever have - I consider myself very lucky.
6511 Early Dial, a very cool Rolex, especially against today's fashion 
1019 CERN Dial, the coolest and most practical watch I feel like at this moment
1680 Meter First, my first pick among so many different Sub's, especially to fit the theme here
Besides being Rolex, these watches also all have something in common. It should be obvious on the surface, literally. Contiueing on the theme, what should be the next? I only intend to keep it a small collection, as financially I have limited capacity. So probably only one or two more additions in the long run.
Probably most obvious choice: Daytona -- 16520 R or any Paul Newman SS, but I can't afford now
Probably most sensible choice: DRSD of later versions, but now that I already have Red Sub...
Probably most affordable choice: Yacht-Master SS; this seems most realistic
(Actually the most wanted is 6541, though I already have 1019. Unfortunately it's simply beyond my reach.)
What else? I'd like to hear your thoughts.

Yes I am in love with my 1019, for its robustness (essentially everything-proof), interesting history and scientific background. You are right, the good news for me is the YM is within reach at least at the moment, before it's discontinued.
