There was a time when . . .
. . . the MIH seemed to be close to being this community's most universally accepted watch. Not sure when that time passed; for a very long while, though, it was the one watch that almost every Purist admired, and many sought.
I don't think any watch since has had that sort of broad long-term appeal.
