The Perfect Calatrava? White Gold 5107
Hello All,
I am the proud owner of the 5107 in White Gold. I believe Nick Faulk spoke the truth when he said it was the most perfect Patek Philippe ever produced.
The 5107 has become the 5127 - the bezel is slightly more rounder on the 5127. Personally I believe the 5107 as its original incarnation is the perfect watch. Just like the Jaguar E Type 3.8 Series 1 is the cream of the crop! The same applies to Patek.
The 5107 has the legendary 315 machine - this has become the 324. I believe the purist prefers the 315 for its originality.

(please excuse scratches, marks - this is NO SAFE QUEEN! This piece gets serious wrist time).
