Something that might be nice to see....
Vacheron Constantin has been doing very exciting, innovative guilloche work recently in their Metiers d'Art collection, especially with the "Fish" dial inspired by M.C. Escher in the new Univers Infinis collection:
And back in 2005 with the 250th Anniversary collection (this is the Jubile 1755):

I even like the bold striped pattern in the Historiques Aronde 1954, which while simple, is beautiful:
What I would like to see is an exciting new guilloche pattern in a core production product (ie- Patrimony), similar in spirit to what Breguet has started to produce for some of their Classique collection timepieces.
