Simple Rolex
36mm Datejust. A bit small (actually doesn’t look that small in the photo), but sentimental. My wife bought this for me many years ago when I graduated business school. My taste in watches has evolved a bit, but this one will always be in the starting rotation.

I too have a stainless 36 MM DateJust, it may be about the most perfect watch I have. I will never part with it. Not too big, not too small, great dial,
very accurate, great looking and goes with whatever I happen to be wearing when I put it on. Yours is beautiful, I like the Roman numerals.

My natural taste goes toward leather straps. Not sure why... more traditional looking, in my eye. But the bracelet allows me to wear it with any outfit without concern for matching watch strap with shoes and belt as I tend to do (I know not everyone share...
For me I prefer simple watches over ones with multi complications that I most likely
won't use and clutter up the dial.
