Well got a few snaps. Have to say I really like this watch, my RM28 has been a well travelled companion, its basically been my holiday watch, so its travelled all over the world, in & out of many seas & swimming pools, even coped with Disneyland, ( a lot better than I did ).
Anyway always been a big fan of the 28, as I have posted before, the case design etc really attracts me to it, more so in many ways than the 10/11 does. The case is just a wonderfully fluid big chunk of Ti that perfectly integrates with the strap...
So anyway when I saw the 32 come out I thought hmmm, my favourite 'adventure' watch with the addition of a chrono & the annual calendar, and that ever so sexy breathing 'indicateur de marche'.
Added bonus for me being ever so slightly in need of glasses is the minute counter for the chrono is the big yellow hand going around in the same way the seconds hand does, how good is that?...a chrono I can actually read at a glance...brilliant. So anyway I think I decided fairly early on I wanted a 32, and so I now have one.
The watch wears well, doesnt feel too big, as with RM's the cureved back makes it sit very nicely on the wrist indeed. The case like the 28 is superb I love it, drink in the number of screws holding the bezel, the detail, its gorgeous. Unlike the 28, on this case they have polished the edges of the ti lugs and case edges, it finishes very nicely, with the polished ring under the bezel it just adds a little glint, just the right amount of 'bling' to the case.Again its a watch you have to see in real life to appreciate the depth of the dial and the finish detail. I particularly like the way the dots & hour markers are raised, the 28 has a sort of painted glass dial, the 32 is more like the 11 in the finish of the markers, nice.
The indicateur really is a nice feature, turning black & white as it rotates, really like that.
One thing I really do like on the 28 that you dont have on the 32, very much in the same way I like the 10 compared to the 11 is that the movement is solid in the case, I love holding a 10 and 28 up to the light and looking through the 'suspended' movement, still you cannot have everything I suppose.
So anyway to summarise, I think the 32 is a stunning watch, I am very very pleased with it indeed, and like I say its very useful ( funny how I can justify buying one so easily ). It has the divers dial for timing my pizza in the oven for 12 mins, it has a chrono minute hand I can actually read, and I can splash about in the seas & pools around the globe in it too....a real swiss army watch!!
