The watch in question is worn in rotation and is my only " manual " watch. I was set to wear it after 4 days ( the watch had stopped of course) . I just put it on, didn't set the time nor gave any wind as I was in a hurry to get to work.  I was going to set it, wind it full, about 80 or so  once I got to the office......

Well, as I was driving, I noticed the time was different than when I had put it on....( I recall the time read 7:00) and after driving about 5 minutes, the watch read around 7:05.... I thought I must have been confused, ( once again, I never set the time nor gave any wound) so I tested another 10 min and once again the watch showed that 10 min or so had elapsed.........I pulled over set the proper time and gave my full wind and the watch performed as usual.......

My question is, unlike an automatic movement , can " manual " movement wind itself ? Like this particular model? Am I going crazy that a manual movement without any wind, can start the watch just by wearing it? Like my autos? 

Perhaps I'm getting old and seeing things  but I'm certain that the time did elapse ....I'm by no means an expert in movements, I just thought that manual wound Watches need to be wound in order for it to work??  Has anyone ever encountered this issue before? I'm not worried, more curious....thank you for any insight you may have to this inquiry.....
