Question on Patek 5396G-011 Movement Authenticity
Hello, I finally acquired my grail 2015 Patek 5396G-011. I noticed that the movement was only marked with a "324" whereas the photos and images on the Patek website show "324/303". I acquired the watch through a trade with a reputable AD. Although pre-owned, it arrived like new with boxes and papers. I was excited that my dream of owning a Patek came true but now I am concerned because of the marking on the movement. Could someone please help shed some light on this? Many thanks.

If purchased from a reputable AD as stated then there's really nothing to worry about.
Anyone who knows anything about Patek would have no difficulty identifying a fake. The differences are not so subtle. Your watch is most assuredly genuine.

Thanks for the assurance. To confirm, you also have a 2015 5396G model with only the 324 engraved on the movement?
I would not be concerned about it. I think the engraving is the same regardless of the year,
PP may have switch to a simple 324 engraving at some point. As pointed by Mark, the website photos maybe of prototypes that serve the purpose.
