PP chronograph
Dear Friends,
Please, educate me.
I remember that a few years ago PP was developing an in-house chronograph movement. Is this the one used in the 5980R ?
Is it a really interesting movement ?
Maybe I can make my question a bit more precise : is it a modular on integrated design ?
If modular, how would you compare it with, say, the Royal Oak Offshore movement ?

It is not modular...
It is a very, very fine chrono movement! Patek combines it with an annual calendar modul at the moment, like in the gorgeous 5960 R but the chrono movement is a true chrono. Has ceramic ball bearings for the rotor, so no oil needed there. It comes with a ...
