Please help with watch problem

Hello,

I have a 3130 which is about 10 years old. It has never kept good time. At its best, it is off by one minute per day. Currently, it is 4 min fast per day. I've had it serviced twice by Breguet without success. I've never subjected it to any harsh movements. I would greatly appreciate any ideas to fix..
